You can pass on the following information to your students:

  • Feel free to try this link again.

  • Please make sure that the correct school is selected (country - region - city of the school - school) and also that the date of birth is entered in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY. The numbers must be separated by slashes. 

  • It may also be because the information was entered incorrectly the first time and is now stored inside the settings of the browser (cache/cookies). It is best to use a different device/browser or try to delete the browser data.

  • If it still does not work, it must be that the personal code of the student is wrong - It is not Big Challenge Code of the school, but the one that was displayed at the end of the competition for each student.
