Access and manage The Big Challenge results: view scores, download certificates, review corrections, and check leaderboards. This guide also explains how to fix errors or report anomalies in students' results.

As a coordinating teacher, you can view your students' results directly in your teacher account.
How to access the teacher account?
1️⃣ Log in to your account using the Magic Link emailed to you after registration confirmation.
2️⃣ In the menu, click on « Contest ».
3️⃣ Online format: Provisional results are available 24 hours after the student’s test.
💡 Tip: If you can’t find the email, search your inbox for the keyword "Magic Link".
The contest question corrections are available only to the coordinating teacher.
How to access corrections?
1️⃣ Log in to your account using the Magic Link received during registration confirmation.
2️⃣ Access the "Corrections" section.
💡 Tip: If you can’t find the confirmation email, log in via the official Big Challenge website.
There are no rankings between schools or countries.
Students receive three types of rankings:
Ranking within the school.
Ranking at the departmental or regional level.
Ranking at the national level.
👉 Why? The goal of the Big Challenge is to help students see where they stand in their immediate environment, not to compare schools or countries.
Students’ certificates are available in PDF format and can be downloaded from your teacher account.
How to download certificates?
1️⃣ Log in to your teacher account.
2️⃣ Go to the certificates section.
3️⃣ Download certificates for all students at once or individually.
You can report anomalies regarding your students’ results. Here are the available options:

How to report an anomaly?
1️⃣ Access your teacher account.
2️⃣ Go to the "Provisional Results" section.
3️⃣ Select the student and the issue from the options provided.
If a student has been ranked at the wrong level, this can be corrected.
👉 The student may retake the test at the correct level.
How to report a level error?
1️⃣ Log in to your teacher account.
2️⃣ Go to the "Provisional Results" section.
3️⃣ Report the level error for the student in question.
💡 Good to know: The results of the first test will be removed from the final rankings.
If the results of certain students are missing, this could be due to a synchronization issue.
What to do?
1️⃣ Verify that the student was registered before the contest.
2️⃣ Contact support if the issue persists.
💡 Tip: Results may take up to 24 hours to appear after the student has completed their test.
