Is the contest easy to organize?

Yes, the contest is easy to organize.
All you need to do is register the students, and the rest is handled by the contest administration. Additionally, a teacher account allows you to manage each step easily.

Can the contest be organized in multiple sessions?

Yes, each teacher can organize several contest sessions during the open period.

👉 Tip: It is recommended to group students of the same level.

Does the contest need to be conducted at a specific time?

No, you are free to choose the time for the tests. The contest is open from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays.

Do I need to inform you of the chosen schedule for the contest?

No, it is not necessary to inform us of the schedule.
The contest is open over an extended period. You can organize sessions whenever it is convenient.

Do I need to provide students' names before the test?

No, it is not necessary to send students' names in advance.
Students input their name, surname, and date of birth on the online platform before starting.

What happens if unregistered students take the contest?

Prizes are only sent for registered students.

Organizing the Contest

What are the preparations for the contest?

  • Ensure each student has a device connected to the internet.

  • Check that headphones or headsets are working properly.

  • Test access to the contest page before the contest day.

How do students access the questionnaires?

You will receive the contest page link and your school's access code a few days before the contest.

What if I haven’t received the questionnaires?

All necessary information will be sent before the contest starts and is also available in your teacher account. If you haven’t received our email, please contact us promptly.

What equipment is required?

The contest is compatible with all standard browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer (versions 10 and 11). Ensure the following:

  • The domain thebigchallenge.com is accessible from school computers.

  • Each participant has access to a computer or tablet (minimum 9 inches) on the contest day.

  • Each station has internet access and is equipped with headphones or an individual headset.

  • Soundcloud is functional.
